JAMB has put out the list of accredited centres in Benue State. If you’re registering for UTME or Direct Entry this year, these are the places you should be going to. Not a cybercafé. Not someone’s shop down the road. An approved centre, on this list.
I keep coming back to this because I’ve seen too many candidates lose a whole year over a registration error that could have been avoided. Using an unapproved centre is a gamble. Your biometrics might not capture properly.
Your details might not sync with JAMB’s database. And once something goes wrong, JAMB won’t step in to fix what was done outside their system. They’re clear about that.

Before You Head To Any Centre
Call them first. I mean it. Centres sometimes change their hours, especially during peak registration. Ask what you need to bring, how much the service costs at their location, and when they’re less crowded. A five-minute call can save you a wasted journey and a lot of frustration.
And hold onto everything. Your profile code. Payment receipts. Registration slip. Keep them somewhere you won’t lose them. You’ll need those details later for printing your exam slip, checking your admission status, or making corrections. It’s tedious, but it’s far worse trying to recover a lost code in July.
