Use stories of parents teaching kids. List traits like caring and teaching. Ask kids what good parents do.

2. Performance Objectives: Pupils should be able to: 1. define responsible parenting; 2. list the characteristics of responsible parenting.

3. Learning Activities: This is what the teacher and the students will do during the lesson.

i. Teacher Activities: Guide pupils to participate in class discussion on the meaning of responsible parenting, and play a word game on the characteristics of responsible parenting. The teacher leads discussion. Sets up game with word cards.

1. Content (Knowledge and Skill: Knowledge: 1. Basic facts about Nigeria: Capital, language, and people. 2. Nigeria’s diversity: tribes, languages, and religions. Skill: Observing Nigeria’s map.

Show a map and point to Abuja. Talk about different tribes. Have kids color maps.

Explain benefits like sharing food. Say green for wealth, white for peace. Use flag to show.
